one less is a boutique AI consultancy in Lausanne. I help owner-run businesses in Suisse Romande automate the administrative and coordination work that would otherwise become their next hire. I lead every engagement and deliver the core work myself.
Six years on production floors
I'm an EPFL mechanical engineer (MSc) and a PMP-certified project manager. From 2008 to 2014 I ran industrial projects at Nestlé — CHF 1 million to 25 million — building and commissioning production lines in Switzerland and Vietnam.
Procurement, manufacturing, labeling, delivery paperwork, commissioning under deadline: I know how a physical business actually runs, because my job was standing on the floor while it ran.
Ten years building my own
In 2016 I co-founded WECHEER SA, where I served as COO and then Chief Product Officer. We built a SaaS platform used by more than 25 Fortune 500 clients, and a patented IoT device manufactured at over 30'000 units. The team grew from 2 to 60 people across four countries.
Computer vision came early: I product-managed the vision system that shipped inside the physical device. Later, I worked on software that could recognize physical consumer products from a photo using multimodal AI. Along the way I also built MCP servers in production and agentic workflows with Claude and custom software.
I've been on your side of the desk
I've run my own companies for twelve years. Payroll, cash flow, the quote that has to go out tonight, the admin that swallows Sunday evening — I know what it's like, because my name was on those documents too.
That's why I don't sell reports. An owner doesn't need a document telling them what's wrong; they need the work to go away.
Why "one less"
The company is named for what it delivers: one less problem, one less manual process, one less thing to worry about.
How I work follows from that. I come on site. I map your real processes — the quotes, the delivery notes, the incoming mail, the product data. I build with the tools that fit, including custom development. My hands-on stack includes Claude, Google Workspace, Infomaniak, Fireflies, Figma, Slack, ClickUp, HubSpot, and Atlassian's Jira and Confluence. I have more experience with some than others, and I'll tell you which. And I stay until your team actually uses what was built.
One accountable lead
You deal with me, start to finish, and I remain accountable for the result. When a project needs deeper software architecture or specialist development, I bring in senior collaborators from my network. You'll always know who is doing what. No bench, no juniors billed as seniors.
